The primary focus of this role is to support our on-DNA binder confirmation platform and on-DNA reaction optimization. Key Responsibilities: Synthesize on-DNA compounds for on-DNA binder confirmation (ODBC) projects within expected timelines. Develop and optimize new DNA compatible reactions that can be employed in the production of DNA-encoded libraries Communicate key results and enable data driven decision making Basic Qualifications: Doctoral degree in chemistry, chemical biology or biochemistry Lab-based chemistry research experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience with on-DNA chemistry Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on quality results Self-motivated with an ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities, including critical thinking skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
