Pallet Builders

• 1st & 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 3:15 pm | Sunday - Thursday, 6 am - 3:15 pm | Monday - Thursday, 4 pm - 12 am

What You'll Do as a Pallet Builder:

• Inspect incoming pallets for damage, defects, and repair needs
• Use hand and power tools (hammer, crowbar, nail gun, etc.) to repair and rebuild pallets
• Replace broken boards, reinforce weak spots, and get pallets back to top quality
• Ensure all repaired pallets meet safety and customer standards
• Maintain production targets while keeping quality high
• Complete daily piecework or production paperwork
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE

What You Will Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

• ¡Hablamos Español! Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience using hand tools (hammer, crowbar, pry bar) and power tools (nail gun, saw, pneumatic tools)
• Background in warehouse, construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or pallet repair
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or damage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
• A safety-first mindset and familiarity with PPE
• Good time management and the ability to stay productive with minimal supervision
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to show up every day ready to work
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
• A positive attitude and willingness to follow instructions and be a team player
• Ability to complete basic paperwork, production sheets, or piecework log
